What is Mindfulness?

Mindfulness is awareness utilizing our senses. We all practice mindfulness throughout the day and when I remind people of such moments they realize they already are mindful- at moments. I help people expand the time they are mindful because when we are mindful there is no ‘me’ to feel pain. I or Me exist in our ego or when we self-identify. We then can access memory and emotion. We filter reality this way and can be triggered. Mindfulness enables us to use our brain differently and be neutral.
